With this MoVeS roller you can perform resistance exercises as well as soft tissue mobilization and light massage. It is a flexible rubber bar whose primary use is for performing upper limb muscle strengthening exercises. With the help of this bar, many hand strenghtening exercises can be performed, it provides aneven resistance during flexion, extension, adduction and abduction exercises and can also be used as a massage tool to affect smaller muscles.
