The majority of the whole body weight falls on the front part of the foot, resulting in callosities, deformation of Hallux valgus, changes in the shape of the foot, increased load on the calf muscles, knees, hip joints, leg veins and spine problems. There is also a high risk of ankle tendon sprain and ankle cracking. These German insoles produced by the German manufacturer HEMA are thin, have anatomical shape and have the necessary firmness, sufficient flexibility, and amortisation. The insole is made by layering: the top layer is covered with a burgundy colour microfiber coating that inhibits bad smell and reduces sweating. The second layer under the sole bones provides softness and distributes the pressure on the front of the foot. The third is the main layer that supports the foot arches and provides the correct position.

 When using insoles for high heels:

  • Evenly distributing the load on the front part of the foot;
  • Reduces foot pain and fatigue;
  • Avoids callosities;
  • Avoids bad smell and sweating.

 Insole sizes: 35-42

 Information:

All standard insoles have a length reserve (made for a variety of footwear). Therefore, if the insoles do not fit into the footwear, you must remove the factory insole from the shoe and trim the front of the insole you purchased under the factory insole.
