Graduated compression activates blood circulation, makes it easier for venous blood to return from the lower limbs to the heart, improves the function of the venous valves (pushing the blood upward), narrows the compressed vein’s diameter, and thus prevents blood from pooling in the legs.
Advantages:
• the world’s first compression stockings awarded with the TACTEL climate control technology label;
• the TACTEL nylon fiber fabric efficiently evaporates moisture (dries eight times faster than cotton), is breathable, and exceptionally soft (several times softer than most materials), ensuring that the skin breathes, stays cool, and does not sweat;
• these compression stockings are highly elastic and fit about 95% of people, regardless of body type;
• thanks to their softness and breathability, they are ideal for long journeys and during pregnancy.

Wearing compression stockings
Put on compression stockings in the morning before your legs start to swell, and wear them throughout the day while walking or sitting for long periods. In the evening, remove them to let your legs rest. When traveling – whether by plane or car – always wear compression stockings and take them off at the end of the day. This helps prevent swelling and fatigue, ensuring effective blood return from the legs to the heart. It’s also important to move your feet while sitting or standing for long periods: make ankle circles, lift your legs, and, if possible, take a short walk every few hours.
Maintaining healthy legs
To keep your legs healthy, walk and swim as often as possible, wear comfortable shoes, sleep with your legs slightly elevated on a pillow, and daily place your legs in lukewarm water, massaging gently from the ankle to the groin in circular motions.
Care of preventive and therapeutic compression stockings
Washing instructions:
• Wash by hand or in a washing machine using a gentle cycle and a laundry bag. Water temperature should not exceed 40°C;
• Use neutral soap for delicate fabrics (do not use bleach or fabric softeners);
• Do not dry-clean or use chemicals;
• Do not iron;
• Do not dry on radiators, in direct sunlight, or in a tumble dryer;
• Dry flat on a towel, allowing them to air-dry naturally;
• Clean the silicone bands at the top regularly with alcohol to improve adhesion;
• Protect compression stockings from ointments, creams, oils, direct sunlight, strong light, and heat, as these factors reduce compression effectiveness.
