The brace provides stabilization and partial immobilization by securing the thumb in a functional position. It effectively reduces the load on the wrist bones, joint capsule, and ligaments. Even with firm stabilization of the wrist and thumb, full hand grip function is maintained.

The brace features an anatomically shaped reinforcement insert, as well as individually moldable palmar (volar) and dorsal support stays.

The special design ensures comfortable long-term wear without restricting blood circulation and allows the skin to breathe.
