This inflatable, round balance and coordination disc features adjustable stability, allowing each person to regulate firmness according to their individual needs. The balance disc can be used for relaxation by people who work in sedentary jobs. Sitting on an unstable surface activates micro-movements that prevent back muscles from becoming inactive and keep them engaged.

The disc also helps improve posture, maintain abdominal and back muscle tone, and is an excellent tool for training the vestibular system and strengthening deep back and leg muscles. One side of the disc is covered with rounded spikes that stimulate sensory and motor points, allowing it to be used as a foot massage aid.
