The orthopedic pillow is designed to suit those who prefer sleeping both on their back and on their side. The gently curved side of the pillow provides proper support for the neck and head when lying on the back. The other side, with a larger horizontal surface, ensures optimal neck and head support when lying on the side, while also providing enough space for the arms for a comfortable and relaxing sleep.

During the first few weeks of use, slight discomfort may occur as the neck and spinal muscles adjust to the anatomically correct position.

The "Qmed VARIO" pillow features a high-quality core – viscoelastic (Memory Foam) material that responds to your body heat, precisely adapts to your body shape, relaxes the muscles, and provides exceptional comfort.
