The bamboo charcoal used in the pillow is created through carbonization – a multi-stage, slow, anaerobic decomposition of plant fragments at very high temperatures. Its porous structure makes it highly absorbent, attracting and neutralizing moisture and odor molecules. For centuries, it has been used as a natural and safe way to remove toxins and pollutants.
