Graduated compression activates blood circulation, making it easier for venous blood to return from the lower limbs back to the heart. It improves valve function (pushing blood upward) and narrows the compressed vein’s cross-section, thus preventing blood accumulation in the legs.
Advantages:
• The first compression stockings in the world awarded the TACTEL® Climate Control Technology label;
• TACTEL® nylon fiber wicks away moisture efficiently (dries eight times faster than cotton), is breathable and exceptionally soft (several times softer than many other materials), ensuring your skin can breathe – your legs stay cool and dry;
• Highly elastic – suitable for approximately 95% of people with different body types;
• Due to softness and breathability, ideal for long journeys and pregnancy.

Wearing compression stockings
Put on compression stockings in the morning before your legs start swelling or while the swelling is minimal. Wear them throughout the day while walking or sitting for long periods, and remove them in the evening to let your legs rest. When traveling—whether by plane or car—always wear compression stockings and take them off at the end of the day. This helps prevent swelling, fatigue, and supports proper blood circulation from the legs to the heart. When sitting or standing for long durations, move your feet regularly—rotate your ankles, lift your legs, and if possible, take short walks every couple of hours.
Maintaining healthy legs
To keep your legs healthy, walk and swim as often as possible, wear comfortable shoes, sleep with a pillow under your legs so they’re slightly elevated, rinse your legs daily with lukewarm water, and gently massage them in circular motions from the ankle to the thigh.
Care instructions for compression stockings
• Hand wash or use a gentle washing machine cycle with a laundry bag; water temperature not exceeding 40°C;
• Use mild soap for delicate fabrics (avoid bleach or fabric softeners);
• Do not dry clean or use any chemicals;
• Do not iron;
• Do not dry on radiators, in direct sunlight, or in a dryer;
• Best dried flat on a towel, allowing to air dry naturally;
• Clean silicone bands at the top of the stockings regularly with alcohol to improve grip.
Avoid creams, oils, or ointments on your legs before wearing the stockings and protect them from direct sunlight, heat, or intense light, as these may reduce compression strength.
