The ball is designed for both sports and rehabilitation. It is safe to use, as it features an anti-burst system that prevents sudden air release if punctured.
The ball can be used for:
Strengthening and stabilizing core muscles (recommended for preventing lower back pain, posture deviations, and for posture correction).
Stretching exercises (recommended to prevent muscle shortening and tension, and to maintain or improve range of motion).
Balance training.
Prenatal and baby exercises.
As a chair substitute for people with sedentary work (start with 10–15 minutes per day and gradually increase the duration, but not more than 3 hours per day to avoid muscle fatigue). Sitting on an unstable surface engages the core and deep back muscles, helping maintain an upright posture and preventing slouching. This reduces back pain, prevents core muscle imbalance, and improves posture stability.
Recommended ball size according to height:
| Height (cm)Â | Â up to 140 | 155-169 | 170-184 | 185-200 | over 200 |
| Ball diameter (cm) | 45Â (yellow) | Â 55 (Red) | 65 ( Green) | 75 ( Blue) | 85Â (gray) |
How to check if the ball size is correct:
When sitting on the ball, your knees should form a right angle. If your knees are higher than your hips, the ball is too small or underinflated; if your knees are lower than your hips, the ball is too large or overinflated.
The ball should be used on a hard, flat surface.
The set includes a pump for inflating the ball.
