Talalgia is a common heel pain. When you are standing or walking a lot, the feet get tired, it causes an unpleasant sore in the heel area, and pain in the long run. The inadequate foot load  distribution is determined by the descending foot arches when the natural foot biomechanics change.

Heel pain is also associated with the fat layer cushion at the heel area. This layer is responsible for shock absorption when the heel hits the ground. Due to aging, degenerative changes associated with decreasing collagen and fluid levels result in a decrease of elasticity of the fat layer in the sole area. At about 40 years of age, the fat layer of the sole begins to thin down, collagen, elastic tissue and water are reduced, which together results in a decrease in the thickness of the sole. These structural changes reduce the amortisation properties of the fat layer and the ability to protect the heel bone.

Orthopedic insoles evenly distribute the foot load and help keep the foot in the right position. Give amortisation. They are made of silicone plastic and soft cushioning material. Disassembled individually for each person to ensure maximum comfort and foot correction.

If desired, the insoles can be covered with a special anti-static, antibacterial silver ion material that prevents unpleasant odors and ensures special hygiene.

The main talalgia insole feature, which they distinguish from others, is the additional padded layer from heel-to-toe. This layer provides more cushioning, so the heel is not overloaded when standing or walking and avoids the pain and discomfort of the troublesome heel area.
