Therapeutic foot massage

Our feet help us stand, walk, run, and perform various daily activities, and are literally the foundation, on which we stand. Therapeutic foot massage therapy will help to effectively treat a wide range of foot problems by improving blood circulation and relaxing the internal tissues of the foot.

How does a therapeutic foot massage work?

Foot massage uses pressure and rubbing strokes, during which the massage therapist individually selects the different massage techniques to be applied depending on the situation. The therapeutic foot massage lasts 30 minutes.

*IMPORTANT: For optimum results, specialists recommend a cycle of at least 5 massages.

We highly recommend a therapeutic foot massage for those with:

• With flatfeet
• Symptoms of chronic plantar fasciitis
• Fat pad contusion
• Foot sprain
• After bunion (hallux valgus) surgery
• During rehabilitation after foot surgery, after an acute period of illness or pain

We do not recommend massage for those with:

• Open wounds in the area to be massaged
• Nonhealed fractures in the foot 
• Early pregnancy
• Infectious skin diseases (up to 3 months)
