Mobility group exercises for adults

Most people lack sufficient mobility in their bodies due to the lack of sufficient daily physical activity. Sedentary work, poor posture, or injuries reduce joint mobility, often leaving us feeling cramped and less able to perform certain exercises or even everyday movements. Limited range of motion of joints and reduced flexibility increase the likelihood of injuries in physical and everyday activities, and contribute to the resulting muscle and joint pain. To prevent or improve joint mobility and body control and to restore the function of impaired muscles, experts recommend regular exercises to improve mobility.

Exercises focuses on:

  • Increasing the amplitude of joint movement (static and dynamic stretching exercises);
  • Relaxing contracted and tense muscles (self-massage techniques – massage rollers and balls);
  • Improving full-body mobility (selected exercises ensure muscle activation and correct breathing, develop awareness and control of body movement, and restore the function of impaired muscles and joints).

*Engaging in tegular exercise will improve body control and joint mobility and reduce pain caused by muscle tension.
