Nose prosthesis

Nose prostheses are intended to be used as part of the nose or as a replacement for the whole nose. They are made of medical silicone and other synthetic prosthetic materials. The products can be made of varying hardness to obtain a similar elasticity as the surrounding tissue. The nose is the central point of our face, and nasal prostheses must be manufactured and fixed with extreme care and attention to the anatomical features of the human being. Prostheses should not be noticeable in everyday human activity. The color and shape of our nose prostheses are customized to the patient's anatomy. Photographs of the patient's past are very useful for restoring the nasal shape as accurately as possible and for properly masking the facial defect. Therefore, nose prostheses are always manufactured individually for each patient.
