MoVeS Ankleciser is a great resistance product used for ankle training and stabilization improvement. This special band is as easy to use as it is effective. The feet fit comfortably into an elastic band consisting of two stitched loops. Because of this users can select the desired level of resistance to perform the exercises with, it can be used both during post-injury rehabilitation and to strengthen the muscles and stabilize the ankle.

The level of resistance depends on the colour of the tape:
